🎉 Meh Series: Katila’s Birthday Chaos 🎂

It was April 5th, and the entire house buzzed with excitement—because it was Katila’s birthday. Alan (a.k.a. Meh) had one mission: make this the most legendary birthday ever.

Gerald walked in holding a suspiciously lumpy gift.

“Don’t ask,” he said.

“That makes me want to ask more,” Alan replied.

Meanwhile, Katila (aka Katie) sat on the couch, pretending not to care—but she was definitely watching everything. “If this party is mid, I’m leaving my own birthday,” she warned.

The plan was simple:

• Decorations ✔️
• Cake ✔️
• Surprise ✔️

But of course… nothing stayed simple.

First, the decorations fell down—because Gerald used tape that “looked strong.”

Second, the cake almost got eaten early… by Alan.

“I was just checking if it was poisoned!” he defended.

Then came the big moment.

“Alright Katila, close your eyes!” Alan said.

She sighed. “If this is lame—”

“SURPRISE!!!”

Lights flipped on, music blasted, and all her cousins rushed in yelling. Even the ones who weren’t supposed to make it showed up.

Katila froze for a second… then smiled.

“Okay… this is actually fire.”

Gerald handed over his weird gift. She opened it slowly…

Inside was a handmade plush with googly eyes and a tag that said:

“Katila 4 President”

There was a long silence.

“…I love it,” she said.

Everyone cheered. Cake was finally served (Alan got the first slice anyway), and the night turned into one of those memories nobody forgets.

As the party wound down, Katila looked at Alan and said,

“Not gonna lie… best birthday yet.”

Alan grinned.

“Meh strikes again.”
