Meh Series: Alan’s Ultimate Birthday Surprise
Meh Series: The Birthday of Alan Nguyen
It was May 31st, and the entire Meh Team was acting strangely.
“Why is everyone whispering?” Alan asked.
Gerald quickly hid a giant box behind his back. “Uh… no reason!”
Meh narrowed his eyes. “Something’s definitely going on.”
Later that afternoon, Alan arrived at Team HQ and gasped.
“SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ALAN!”
Confetti exploded everywhere as the whole team cheered.
“Wait… this is for me?” Alan asked.
“Of course!” said Meh. “Now it’s gift time!”
Meh’s Gift
Meh handed Alan a golden notebook.
“What’s this?”
“It writes down any story idea you have before you forget it,” said Meh. “Since you love writing stories.”
Alan smiled. “That’s awesome!”
Gerald’s Gift
Gerald rolled out a huge treasure chest.
Inside were hundreds of World’s Finest Chocolate bars.
“I remembered you like these!” Gerald said.
Alan laughed. “Best gift ever!”
Katie’s Gift
Katie handed him a framed photo of their family.
“So you can always remember how much we care about you.”
Alan gave her a hug.
Steph Curry’s Gift
Suddenly, a portal opened.
Out stepped Stephen Curry.
“Happy birthday, Alan!” Curry said.
He handed Alan a basketball signed by the entire team.
Alan nearly fainted.
“THIS IS AMAZING!”
The Cousins’ Gift
James, Joann, Jennifer, Joylyn, Timmy, Tyler, Tiffiny, Talia, Alexis, Justin, Nathan, Biscuit, Camden, Sweetheart, and Madelyn all carried in a giant cake shaped like Meh.
“It took us all night to make this,” they said.
The cake even had Meh’s single strand of hair on top.
Grandma Minh Ngoc’s Gift
Grandma Minh Ngoc gave Alan a special red envelope.
Inside was a handwritten note:
“Never stop being creative, never stop learning, and always be kind.”
Alan carefully placed it in his pocket.
The Final Gift
Meh stepped forward.
“There’s one more gift.”
The lights dimmed.
A giant screen appeared, showing memories from Alan’s life—family gatherings, adventures, stories he had written, and all the friends he had made.
When it ended, the screen displayed:
“The greatest gift is the people who care about you.”
Alan looked around at everyone smiling.
“Thank you, everyone.”
The team cheered, the cake was served, and the birthday party continued late into the night.
As fireworks lit up the sky, Meh raised a glass of soda.
“To Alan Nguyen—the creator of the Meh Series. Happy Birthday!”
Mr. Patel’s Birthday Gift
As the party continued, there was a loud WHOOSH!
A glowing portal opened, and out stepped Mr. Patel.
“Sorry I’m late!” he said. “I was working on something special.”
Everyone gathered around as Mr. Patel revealed a small silver box.
“Alan, this gift is one of a kind.”
Alan carefully opened it.
Inside was a shining wristband called the Creator’s Band.
“What does it do?” Alan asked.
Mr. Patel smiled.
“Whenever you have a great idea for a story, invention, or project, the band glows and helps you remember it. It doesn’t do the work for you—it helps you keep track of your creativity.”
The wristband lit up with a soft blue glow.
“Whoa!” said Alan.
“And there’s more,” said Mr. Patel. “Every year on your birthday, it creates a new memory page that records your favorite moments from the year.”
Meh looked impressed.
“That’s actually a really good gift.”
Gerald nodded. “Way better than the 500 chocolate bars I gave him.”
“Wait, you gave me 500?” Alan asked.
“Maybe 600,” Gerald admitted.
Everyone laughed.
Mr. Patel placed a hand on Alan’s shoulder.
“Happy Birthday, Alan. Keep creating stories, keep learning new things, and keep being yourself.”
The Creator’s Band flashed brightly as the entire team cheered.
