His name is Dr. Null Vector.

Once a respected systems engineer inside the same academy that trained Mr Patel, Dr. Null Vector became obsessed with a single idea: perfect control. He discovered a way to interfere with “ranking energy”—the invisible force that decides strength, status, and progression in the Meh world. Instead of improving himself through battles or training, he learned how to cancel other people’s growth mid-fight.

Now he doesn’t win fights by being stronger. He wins by making opponents weaker in real time.

He carries a device called the Rank Suppressor Core, a floating shard-engine that pulses with anti-progress waves. When it activates, abilities misfire, power levels drop, and even experienced fighters feel like beginners again.

Dr. Null Vector has a simple goal:

Mr Patel is one of the few fighters who still behaves unpredictably under suppression, which makes him Dr. Null Vector’s primary target.
